IC MOSFET Driver RT9605B

The RT9605B is a high-frequency, triple-channel synchronous MOSFET driver-specific repair money designed to drive six-power N-MOSFETs. This IC promoted to pair with Richtek's multiphase buck PWM controller family for high-density power supply implementation like RT8802A. Driver output can RT9605B efficiently switch power MOSFETs in the frequency 300kHz normally. You can use APM2518N and APM2558N.
Operate at higher frequencies must take into account Carefully heat dissipation. Each driver RT9605B able to move a load in 30/40ns 3NF up / down time with small propagation delay from input transition power MOSFET gate. The device implements bootstrap on top with only an external gate capacitors and diodes are required. This reduces the circuit complexity and allows the use of higher performance, cost effective N-MOSFET. All drivers incorporate adaptive shoot-through protection to prevent the upper and lower MOSFET from performing simultaneously and shorting input supply. The RT9605B also detects errors conditions at the time of initial start-up before a multi-stage PWM controller takes control. As a result, input supply will latch into the shutdown state. The RT9605B come for a small footprint package with VQFN-24L 4x4 package.
